Dr. Chris Wilcoxon

  • Dr. Christopher Wilcoxon

A Gallipolis, Ohio native, Dr. Christopher Wilcoxon has embraced the principles of chiropractic for what it is...a natural, safe and effective approach to health that focuses on care of the spine as a means to improve how people feel and function.

Dr. Wilcoxon attended the University of Rio Grande in Rio Grande, Ohio.   He went on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1997.  Dr. Wilcoxon is a Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.  Upon graduating, he moved back to Gallipolis where he opened his clinic.  Dr. Wilcoxon has been practicing at French City Chiropractic in Gallipolis since 1998.  Dr. Wilcoxon earned his Diplomate in acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture through the New York Chiropractic College in 2012.

Dr. Wilcoxon's practice philosophy is centered around the notion that a person's health is a direct reflection of the choices they make throughout their life. How you eat, how you think, how you exercise, how you take care of spine and posture...YOUR LIFESTYLE...all determine the level of health a person experiences. He hopes to educate and motivate people to make healthier decisions that will have a direct impact on their life. Dr. Wilcoxon makes it a priority to explain everything in advance, provide options and choices for treatment, answer questions, and communicate in a way that builds a strong relationship and level of trust with his patients.

Dr. Wilcoxon lives in Gallipolis with his wife, Kimberly, and their three children.  In his spare time he enjoys hiking, exercising,  and spending time with his family and friends.
